Strategic Management of Resources

Strategic Management of Resources focuses on putting it all together in an effective enterprise resources planning system. In the fifth and final module, the training will explore the relationship of existing and emerging processes and technologies to manufacturing strategy and supply chain-related functions. The main topics of aligning resources with the strategic plan, configuring and integrating operating processes to support the strategic plan, and implementing change will be addressed.
This module requires 30 hours of training in order to prepare for the examination. Organizations can choose between two training options, depending on what best meets the organization's needs: |
