Master Resources Planning

The Master Planning of Resources is about setting the game plan for your business with a focus on developing and validating a plan of supply, relating management of demand to the environment and developing and validating the master schedule. With this second module, the processes used to develop sales and operations plans are explored and the internal and external demand and forecasting requirements are identified and assessed. The main focus lies on the importance of producing achievable master schedules that are consistent with business policies, objectives, and resource constraints.

This module requires 30 hours of training in order to prepare for the examination. Organizations can choose between two training options, depending on what best meets the organization's needs:
  • 10 sessions, 3 hours per session
  • 4 sessions, 7.5 hours per session
This training ensures that participants are well prepared to pass their APICS CPIM Examination.
