Scheduling & Planning

Detailed Scheduling and Planning focuses on determining what you need, how many, and when. The training will introduce material and capacity scheduling and planning. In the third module, there is a focus on the various techniques for material and capacity scheduling. The training will cover detailed descriptions of material requirements planning (MRP), capacity requirements planning (CRP), inventory management practices, and procurement and supplier planning.
This module requires 30 hours of training in order to prepare for the examination. Organizations can choose between two training options, depending on what best meets the organization's needs: |
